Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

How Our Fulfillment Works

Joppa Threads operates on a made-to-order model powered by Printify's global network of Print Providers. No item exists in a warehouse before you order it. Every garment is individually manufactured at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you from our fulfillment partner's facility.

This means your order moves through two distinct phases before it arrives: Production and Shipping. Total delivery time is the sum of both.


Phase 1 — Production

Standard Production Timeframe

After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it enters production. Standard production time is:

2–7 business days

Production time is not a fixed guarantee. It varies based on:

  • The specific product and Print Provider assigned to your order
  • Current order volume at the fulfillment facility
  • Stock availability from the Print Provider's suppliers
  • Time of year — holiday seasons and peak periods extend production times

You can monitor your order's production status via the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.

Production Delay Notifications

If your order's fulfillment takes longer than the estimated window, this is typically caused by one of the following:

  • Print Provider facility delays (equipment, stock, volume)
  • Seasonal peak demand
  • Orders containing 12 or more items (additional processing time applies)

If your order has not shipped within 7 business days, contact us at [support@joppathreads.com] with your Order ID.


Phase 2 — Shipping Options

Once your order completes production, it is transferred to a third-party shipping carrier selected by the Print Provider. The following shipping tiers are available at Joppa Threads:

Economy Shipping

Our most affordable option. Economy Shipping offers lower rates with longer estimated delivery windows. Please note that Economy Shipping orders may be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to your door. Economy Shipping cannot be upgraded to a faster tier after the order is placed.

Standard Shipping

Our default shipping tier for most orders. Standard Shipping delivers directly to your address. Where supported by the assigned Print Provider, Standard orders may be upgraded to Priority Shipping upon request before the order ships.

Priority Shipping

Faster than Standard. Priority Shipping is available as an upgrade on eligible Standard orders if the assigned Print Provider supports it. Contact us promptly after placing your order to request a Priority upgrade — upgrades cannot be processed once the order has shipped.

Express Delivery (Select Products Only)

Express Delivery is our fastest fulfillment option, offering production and delivery in 2–3 business days for a flat additional fee.

Important limitations — read before selecting Express:

Cost $7.99 per order (maximum $3.24 over standard shipping rates; $2.40 per additional item)

Express Delivery time calculation: The 2–3 business day clock starts from the moment the order successfully enters production. Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time on a business day begin the clock that day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM begin the clock the following business day.

Example: Order placed Monday before noon → arrives Wednesday or Thursday. Order placed Monday after noon → clock starts Tuesday → arrives Thursday or Friday.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by:

  • Shipping tier selected
  • Product type
  • Print Provider assigned to the order
  • Delivery destination (domestic vs. international)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is submitted. They are not included in the product price.

Rates are set by the shipping carriers used by our Print Providers. Joppa Threads does not negotiate or influence carrier rates.


Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided when your order is marked "Shipped" by the Print Provider. You will receive tracking information via the email address used at checkout.

Tracking update timing:

  • Domestic orders: Allow up to 5 business days after the ship date for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system
  • International orders: Allow up to 7 business days after the ship date for tracking updates

International Orders

Joppa Threads ships to most countries worldwide through Printify's global Print Provider network.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are:

  • Determined by the destination country's import regulations
  • Not included in your order total at checkout
  • The sole responsibility of the recipient

Joppa Threads has no visibility into or control over customs processing timelines or assessed fees. We cannot estimate what customs charges, if any, will apply to your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Temporary delivery restrictions may affect certain countries or carriers at any given time. If your destination is affected, we will contact you with alternative options. Joppa Threads reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.


Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

  • Before production begins: Contact us immediately at [support@joppathreads.com]. We will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee it.
  • Once in production: Cancellation is not possible. Design changes are also not possible at this stage. Address corrections and shipping upgrades may be requested but are not guaranteed.
  • Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled.

Address Accuracy

You are fully responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Joppa Threads and our fulfillment partners are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address submitted by the customer. Address corrections after an order enters production are requested through [support@joppathreads.com] and are not guaranteed.

Ensure your address includes all required fields: full name, street address, city, state/region, postal code, and country. Character limits apply to address fields (up to 30 characters per field; phone up to 15 characters).


Lost or Undelivered Packages

Marked Delivered — Not Received

  1. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally scan before final drop-off
  2. Check with neighbors, building management, and any secure delivery locations at your address
  3. If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at [support@joppathreads.com] with your Order ID

We will initiate a carrier investigation. If loss is confirmed, we will issue a free reprint or full refund.

In-Transit Stall (No Updates)

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days since the last scan, contact us immediately. Carrier delays are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Fulfillment Partner Disclosure

All Joppa Threads products are manufactured and shipped by third-party Print Providers operating within Printify's fulfillment network. Joppa Threads does not directly handle, produce, or ship physical products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment is performed by these third-party partners and that production timelines, carrier selection, and shipping rates are subject to their operational capacity and carrier agreements.
